Variety	Ravioli stuffed with vegetables in tomato sauce
Ingredients	Sauce: water, tomato, onion, tomato concentrate, sugar, modified potato starch, salt, sunflower oil, white wine, aromas, seasoning, wheat dextrose, lactose. Ravioli (20%) : Pasta (durum wheat, water, egg) - Filling (vegetables: onions, aubergines, tomatoes, peppers; breadcrumbs, Emmenthaler cheese, tomato concentrate, spices and seasoning, olive oil, durum wheat, aromas, salt).

Chicken Tikka Massala and Rice

Self Heating Tikka Massala Meals. Salted chicken pieces in a typical tikka massala sauce with overtones of curry, coconut, Cayenne.

Ingredients	Cooked sauce: water, onions, fresh cream, modified potato starch, wheat flour, spices and seasoning, olive oil, colouring agent: E160c, sugar, emulsifier: E472e, modified corn starch, thickening agents: E451 and E412, tomato concentrate, aromas, MSG: E621, sunflower oil, salt. Precooked white rice (30%): water, white rice, salt, sunflower oil. Precooked salted chicken (26%): chicken, water, salt, wheat dextrose, stabiliser: E451i.

Self Heating Chilli Con Carne. Individual Chilli Con Carne Meal consisting of a minced beef and red kidney beans filling in a lightly seasoned sauce containing peppers and onions.

Ingredients	Sauce : water, peppers, tomato concentrate, onions, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, spices and seasoning (including celery), colouring agent : extract of paprika, aroma. Beef : (30% of the net total weight) Rehydrated red kidney beans : 25%

Self Heating Burgundy Beef Meal. Individual meal composed of Beef cut into cubes accompanied by carrots, potatoes and onion bells in a burgundy sauce of red wine and armagnac.
