CAUTION: Open the box with caution. To avoid unnecessary risks, do not open the kit and do not manipulate the heating system. Direct contact with the eyes can be harmful. Adhere to the user instructions. The meal can become extremely hot therefore ensure that the box is placed on a heat resistant surface.

 

 

Step one:

Place the box upside down on a flat heat resistant surface with perforated cardboard oval facing upwards. Remove cardboard oval. Stand up so that the box is at arm's length and position both thumbs, one on top of the other, in the center of the oval. Press down sharply and firmly without hesitating. The lining will soften or make a popping sound. You can also give the box a shake after activation for about 5 seconds, as this will help further dissipate the water into the lime getting the process to begin quicker than usual.

Step Two:

Turn the box right side up and remove the perforated oval cardboard, remove the utensils exposing the metal ring.  Do not open the metal ring, leave for 12-15 minutes.  (This is because the steam from the heating process can cause a damp cardboard smell.)

Wait 12-15 minutes.

Step Three:

Lift the perforated oval in order to open the top of the box. Remove the utensil bag inside the box. Lift the metal ring and pull gently toward you. (No need to remove completely).

Stir food well with utensils to distribute the heat. Eat straight from the can, which will continue to heat the contents for about 12-15 minutes after opening.
